Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY

At SAVAT, many items are sourced through trusted boutiques, international partners, pre-orders and special requests. For this reason, each order is reviewed and confirmed personally before processing.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Before an order is processed, SAVAT will confirm product availability, final price, shipping cost and estimated delivery time through WhatsApp or email.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items purchased through pre-order, special request, personal shopper service, international sourcing, sale promotions or clearance are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from the confirmed order.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

A return request may be considered only for eligible ready-to-order items that are unused, unworn, unaltered, in original condition and returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories and proof of purchase.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Approval must be obtained from SAVAT before any item is returned.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Pre-order and special-request items  
• Personal shopper and internationally sourced items  
• Fragrances, beauty products and personal-care items  
• Sale, promotional or clearance items  
• Items that have been worn, used, altered, damaged after delivery or returned without original packaging  
• Items returned without prior written approval from SAVAT  

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or videos of the item, packaging and shipping label. SAVAT will review the case and provide the appropriate resolution where applicable.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs, courier fees, duties, taxes, payment-processing fees and any costs outside SAVAT’s control are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability and prior approval. If an exchange is approved, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping, duties, taxes or price differences.
