After placing an order through our website, our team will confirm product availability, final price, shipping cost and estimated delivery time via WhatsApp or email before processing.

SAVAT offers shipping to selected destinations. Availability may vary depending on the item, delivery address, courier restrictions and customs requirements.
PROCESSING & DELIVERY
Processing and delivery times vary according to product availability and destination. Pre-order, special-request and personally sourced items may require additional processing time. An estimated delivery window will be provided before the order is confirmed.
DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS
Applicable duties, taxes and customs-related charges may apply depending on the destination. When possible, these charges will be communicated during order confirmation. SAVAT is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or courier processes outside our control.
DELIVERY DETAILS
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery and contact information. Delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete details may affect delivery.
ORDER CHANGES
Requests to change or cancel an order must be sent to us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. Once an order has been confirmed, purchased from a supplier or shipped, changes may not be possible.
